- Recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions
- Manage weekly schedules and payroll processing
- Oversee daily routing and coordinate department manpower
- Coordinate special projects such as creative displays, cooler wraps, perm POS, etc.
- Provide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management
- Communicating and ensuring understanding of functionals and departmental goals
- Engaging and coordinating with other line managers across the organization
- Provide training and support to new hires and current workforce
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to all team members
- Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines
- Execute projects around merchandiser efficiency and develop KPI's for routine review

Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary
- Previous warehousing, merchandising or distribution experience
- Safe Driving Record
- Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e hand truck, pallet jack, forklift ect.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Applications
- Technical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Proven interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
