Merchandising Coordinator

  • Recruiting and hiring talent to fill team positions
  • Manage weekly schedules and payroll processing
  • Oversee daily routing and coordinate department manpower
  • Coordinate special projects such as creative displays, cooler wraps, perm POS, etc.
  • Provide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management
  • Communicating and ensuring understanding of functionals and departmental goals
  • Engaging and coordinating with other line managers across the organization
  • Provide training and support to new hires and current workforce
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback to all team members
  • Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines
  • Execute projects around merchandiser efficiency and develop KPI's for routine review

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary
  • Previous warehousing, merchandising or distribution experience
  • Safe Driving Record
  • Ability to safely operate job related equipment (i.e hand truck, pallet jack, forklift ect.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Applications
  • Technical and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proven interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
