Anheuser-Busch is looking for a Planning and Performance Manager (PPM) for our US Merchandise Team. You will be working on some of the most powerful brands in the world - Stella Artois, Bud Light, Michelob Ultra and Budweiser. You will own the strategy, analysis, and business outcomes for the teams responsible for US Merchandise.

In this role, you will help provide impactful and meaningful data to help the retail teams make informed decisions on pricing, margins, profits, sales, and operational results.

Responsibilities:

  • Review Sales Reporting to help identify and communicate overall results
  • Analysis of pricing through competitive research.
  • Relay relevant information to team to maintain competitive pricing
  • Provide insights and recommendations on how retail team can improve business levers to impact overall profits
  • Deep dive operational results to maintain and improve standards for key performance metrics
  • Assess historical and predicted trends to impact catalog management to minimize liability and maximize inventory turnover
  • Evaluate Profit and Loss Statement to determine gaps and make recommendations to improve


Job Qualifications

Experience:

  • Deep experience in data compiling
  • Experience in Profit and Loss Statements
  • Experience in root cause analysis
  • Strong Communication skills and Partnerships
