Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all powerhouse operations - including mechanical systems, new installations, repairs, overhauls, modifications and upgrades of all production and support equipment - for refrigeration, boiler operations, compressed air, water systems, etc.
• Manage Nutri-Turf farm and all brewery IT operations
• Responsible for execution and administration of multiple large to extremely complex projects to support business needs of the company
• Accountable for capital expenditure plan development, capital cash flow management, and contractor management
• Utilize available resources to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, meeting schedules and action logs, 5 - Whys, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.)
• Provide direction, coaching, performance management, skill assessment and training of direct, salaried, and hourly reports
• Ensure that safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met
• Create safe and engaging work environment

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience; Experience in manufacturing or powerhouse operations preferred
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• NH3 refrigeration optimization experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation; technical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent project planning, organization, and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge of budgeting and cost control
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, controls, and preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to extract, evaluate, and utilize data for process improvement from applicable systems
• Demonstrated leadership and change management skills
• Green Belt/Six Sigma certification preferred
