JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines, Wholesaler Equity Agreement, and Anheuser-Busch standards and policies.
• Foster customer relationships with assigned customer base through regular customer stewardship routines.
• Evaluate industry, market, category, channel and customer trends to understand and articulate market and customer opportunities.
• Manage assigned account activities through maintaining regular call frequency, Key Account Communications, Sales and Distribution Goals and Account Level Objective Accountability.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide best in class service to assigned customer base. Work to resolve customer issues (e.g. credit/collection, deliveries, etc.).

• Communicate and monitor Key Account activities, sales contracts and marketing programs with appropriate departments (Sales Personnel, Marketing, GEO).
• Communicate with Sales Reps on all issues and sales opportunities relevant to their position.
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma/GED
• Sales and/or Marketing experience preferably in the beverage or consumer products industry
• Proven Leadership Ability/Advanced Supervisory Skills/Demonstrated Coaching Skills Required
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong data analytics ability
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to work hours as required (nights, weekends, etc.)
• Strong internal and external customer orientation; Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment required
• Management experience preferred
