We are looking for an Executive Producer to join draftLine, the in-house creative agency & production team at Anheuser-Busch. This position will work out of our Commercial Strategy Office based in New York City. The selected candidate - reporting to the Head of Production & Post - will be the day-to-day leader of draftLine's agency production team, and a central figure in the success of the agency's work on behalf of Anheuser-Busch's award-winning beverage brands.

The position is responsible for:
- Receiving briefs & collaborating with other production leaders (Content Studio, Post, Business Affairs) to determine best approach of each project based on schedule/budget, team bandwidth, complexity, and other determining factors
- Over seeing the scoping of production budgets & timelines with producers based on creative briefs
- Creating best-in-class productions & content for - including, but not limited to:
- TVC/OLV - wide variety of styles/type
- Integrated & Social/Digital projects
- Editorial Photography for OOH, POS & Trade
- Providing guidance & managing the producing team, supporting across all active projects
- Forecasting bandwidth of the department and identifying necessary support & workstreams
- Attending briefings to determine production involvement and needs
- Advising agency colleagues and brand leads on production related concerns on a project-by-project basis
- Tracking the department's finances, contracts, and other paperwork associated to each project
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS Required
- 8+ years of Producer experience at an agency and/or production company working on B2C commercial work
- Experience in leading & managing personnel across multiple productions (video, photo, animation, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of AICP budget format, using Hot Budget (or similar budgeting software)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge & Experience in high-level talent, director, music, third-party footage contracts and licenses
- Previous work involving traditional commercial film execution (on-location/lifestyle, in-studio, post-led CGI/Animation) required
- Experience with CPG/product-focused campaigns preferred
- Experience with AR/VR, metaverse, and emerging production technology a plus
- Unafraid to say yes to new challenges, and courageous to say no to unrealistic requests
