We are growing! We are looking for a Commercial Manager with a passion for the Beer Industry. This position will work on the Sales Team and focus on driving commercial performance in one of the most dynamic beer markets in the world. You will have the opportunity to lead our wholesaler relationships by developing insights, identifying opportunities, and communicating recommendations to lead future industry growth. Searching for an individual who takes ownership of their work and always pushes themselves and others to reach higher and achieve more.

  • Work with commercial director, High End BDR, and wholesaler teams on all issues and sales opportunities relevant to their position including merchandising, marketing, sales, pricing, ride withs and any other relevant plans/actions in the market
  • Forecasting reviews with wholesalers and commercial directors
  • Assist in Sales Performance Reviews with commercial directors
  • Communicate results, blueprint priorities, and programs weekly/monthly with wholesaler and commercial director
  • Diagnose performance through data sources including BIR, IRI, and internal sales data and develop actionable insights

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years business experience in sales or marketing, field sales experience preferred, consumer packaged goods industry a plus
  • Moderate to Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint to organize data and translate findings into recommendations
  • Ability to confidently present insights, opportunities, and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders in a persuasive manner
  • Experience with dash boarding software such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or Spotfire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales experience in consumer packaged goods industry
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Sales strategy, Distribution and Supply
  • Experience with dash boarding software such as PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, or Spotfire
