The HE BDR has accountability for ensuring sales goals are met by strategically increasing sales volume through sustainable growth. This position involves a considerable amount of time within market visiting on-premise and off-premise retailers. Visits include educating and building existing and new relationships to forge strong partnerships.

- Build, implement and manage brand programs across on and off premise to deliver volume and share growth
- Manage the ROI for channel programs
- Manage budget for state events, partnerships, and channel plans
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years sales and marketing experience with in-depth knowledge to execute
- Strong communication skills including active listening and handling conflict
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting PowerPoint and Excel information
- Beer/alcohol industry knowledge
