A Full Time Brewing Apprentice will play a critical role in brewing an extensive portfolio of the highest quality beers. Full Time Brewing Apprentices will receive extensive training to allow them to learn the Brewing process, and the position will require them to do the following:
- Adhere to and maintain all Brewery Safety policies and requirements.
- Adhere to and maintain all Brewery Quality policies and requirements.
- Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Be able to perform industrial cleaning, sanitation and quality checks.
- Be able to perform process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Job duties will include managing and controlling brewing systems, recording and analyzing process data, driving fork trucks.

Pay rate: $23.44 per hour (70% of Brewer pay rate)
- Pay increases 75% of Brewer pay rate after 6 months; 85% of Brewer pay rate after 1 year; 100% of Brewer pay rate after 2 years
- Overtime rate/Expectations: 1.5 OT on Saturday & 2.0 OT on Sunday/holidays
- 0-6 Months - $23.44
- 7-12 Months - $25.12
- 13-24 Months - $28.47
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Preferred 2 year degree or manufacturing experience
- Must be willing to work on all shifts, and work during some weekends/holidays.
- Computer experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures and climates. Must be able to view and interact with computer monitors.
- Physical requirements of the position include continuous standing, bending, lifting and pushing.
- Basic mathematic and scientific knowledge, technical skills, decision-making skills and presentation skills required.
