The administrative assistant will provide broad support to a regional Vice President, regional sales team and perform special projects as needed. This position involves working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced sales environment. You will be involved in creating reports and could assist with planning onsite and offsite events. The administrative assistant should have the ability to multi-task within a variety of technology-based platforms while maintaining professional interactions with everyone.

  • Provide administrative/clerical support for various sales leaders and perform special project work as needed.
  • Develop positive relationships with employees and vendors in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service to all employees.
  • Organize internal and external events, acting as a liaison for vendors and helping department managers with special projects, upon their request.
  • Run reports; create and maintain electronic charts and diagrams as well as provide them as input to presentations.
  • Interact with employees & managers about scheduling, vacations, sick leave & payroll and submitting tickets for research and resolution.
  • Screen expense reports to ensure compliance with legal auditing procedures and company guidelines.
  • Work with the Corporate Sales Office and third-party vendors to maintain office and regional needs for all employees.
  • Monitors absences to process pay for sick days, paid time off.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong PC Skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access). Workday and SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and excellent communication skills with ability to collect data, analyze, and create reports using spreadsheets and charts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, telephone inquiries & projects with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
