Senior Manager, Digital and Technology Product (Hybrid)
There are two positions available, one for each of these teams:
- User Experience and Product Operations
- Communication Technology
These positions manage teams who support multiple, complex customer-facing digital/technology products. Drive senior-level discussions and decisions to shape the strategy, technology, and business solutions in support of delivering products that provide exceptional customer experiences. Primarily oversees senior and lead professional digital/technology professionals and related work, overseeing larger products with greater complexity relative to Manager level.
You will report to the Digital and Technology Product Director.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Hopkins, MN; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034.

Position Compensation Range:
$131,000.00 - $220,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

• Creates a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and fostering trust, transparency, and inclusion. Works with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support on-going development.

• Leads with influence and expertise. Actively contributes to division or department leadership team. Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
• Leads the vision, strategy and operational planning for multiple, complex digital/technology products -- fostering innovation, prioritizing product initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, implementation, and management of current and future products.
• Defines product strategy and vision and ensures creative, high-quality, and clear product roadmaps are created.
• Identifies objectives and key results and analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to recognize key pain points and opportunities to address.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in own and related initiatives, line of business, and broader stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in digital/technology products and iterative products lifecycles that solve business problems and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrated experience deriving key insights and patterns from customer interviews and using that input to clarify problem statements.
• Demonstrated expertise navigating matrixed organizations and teams with proven success in leveraging the right people and resources at the right time for consistent and dependable delivery.
• Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
• Travel Requirements - Up to 10%.
