Position Compensation Range:
$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Primary Accountabilities
- Develop a roadmap to support compensation plans for exclusive agents and the enterprise.
- Lead the digital/technology product vision, strategy, and operational planning, executing initiatives across all product lifecycle stages.
- Define product strategy and vision, crafting a creative and clear roadmap.
- Enhance user satisfaction by integrating usability studies, research, and market analyses into product requirements.
- Identify objectives and key results, analyzing customer feedback and usage metrics to address pain points and opportunities.
- Guide build-buy-partner options to solve customer problems.
- Serve as a "translator" for customers, markets, and internal stakeholders, including business lines and cross-functional teams.
- Leverage design thinking, UX, and other frameworks for a flexible hybrid methodology.
- Prioritize initiatives and secure commitments from stakeholders using strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Mentor and develop team members.
- Experience in providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
- Expertise in digital/technology product offerings.
- Familiarity with exclusive agent compensation plans preferred.
- Strong analytic skills for collaboration with Data & Analytics partners.
- Extensive knowledge of software development processes with a focus on quality and low operational overhead.
- Experience in data-driven products, data science facilitation, and iterative development lifecycles.
- Ability to gather information for build, buy, and partner options to solve customer problems.
- Experience deriving insights from customer interviews to clarify problem statements.
