Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

The Digital Analytics Lead is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across our digital channels and marketing initiatives. You will develop strategies to optimize digital performance and provide actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and business growth. You will need to have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing success. You will report to the AVP, Digital Marketing.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110

Primary Accountabilities
  • You will develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to measure and optimize digital performance, with specific focus on driving AmFam.com results.
  • You will analyze digital data from various sources, including web analytics, media, and CRM systems, to provide actionable insights.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • You will create and maintain dashboards and reports to track digital marketing metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • You will ensure analysis and reporting accuracy and integrity and explains performance drivers.
  • You will identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data to inform performance strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • You will translate data into a compelling story and share with business leaders and improve outcomes.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital analytics and marketing.
  • You will provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on analytics tools and methodologies.
  • You will ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection and analysis.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a digital analytics role.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or lead-generation business.
  • Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and/or data visualization platform expertise required.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis or data modeling or data mining.
  • Web Tagging experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
