Job Description
The Associate Team Lead I is responsible for managing the daily operational workflow with less direct reports and/or less complex business units, coaching and developing frontline specialists, and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction to frontline specialists. The Associate Team Lead I is responsible for becoming familiar with and leading to contact center metrics and implementation of strategic goals and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate continuous support of each of the contact center departments

Create high performance environment for team members

Participate in strategic development/succession planning meetings

Begin to develop/execute strategic action plans designed for specialists

Create/maintain productive working partnerships with various departments

Develop relationships between various operational and support departments

Collaborate with peers to create and sustain departmental culture

Analyze and interpret call center reports

Have clear understanding of roles in supporting departments

Begin to understand/develop business acumen as it relates to their specific AOR

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
