We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. This role combines expertise in machine learning with semantic technologies to build intelligent systems that understand, reason, and interact with structured and unstructured data. You will work on projects involving knowledge graphs, ontologies, natural language processing, and AI model integration to power next-generation applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain knowledge graphs using tools like RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune).
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for entity recognition, relationship extraction, and semantic search.
- Integrate LLMs with semantic systems to enhance reasoning, retrieval, and contextual understanding.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector embeddings and semantic indexing.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable pipelines for semantic data processing.
- Develop APIs and services to expose semantic capabilities to downstream applications.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with business ontologies and metadata standards.
- Utilize vector embeddings to improve data processing and semantic search capabilities.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Administer and optimize Azure cloud resources and services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries such as spaCy, Transformers, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with semantic technologies: RDF, OWL, SPARQ.
- Proficiency in knowledge graph construction and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune).
- Familiarity with LLMs and NLP techniques for semantic enrichment and understanding.
- Experience with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, metadata management, and data integration.
- Proficiency in Terraform and one or more cloud platforms ((Azure, AWS, GCP)).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with data catalog tools such as Informatica, Azure Catalog, Alation, or Collibra.
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms like Azure AI Foundry or Amazon Bedrock.
- Exposure to multi-modal AI systems and agentic AI frameworks.
