ROLE
We are looking for a highly experienced well rounded SAP HCM Payroll (PY) expert. In this Lead Role you will support our clients in all Payroll Germany related questions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading workshops with customer for payroll topics
- Analyzing client requirements for the PY module
- Implementing customer requirements in SAP HCM PY module
- Involvement in onboarding projects
- Creating functional documentation
- Encouraging the professional development of team members
- Support more junior team members and answer their open questions to the PY module
REQUIREMENTS
- Expert knowledge in SAP HCM PY module
- German and English fluent
- Client focus and a good understanding of client needs
