ABAP Senior Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create technical specifications of programs/ interfaces based on functional specifications provided.
• Implement the client's requirements using technologies such as ABAP/4, SAP Script, etc according to the design documentation and template guidelines utilizing/ creating reusable code that is easily upgradeable/ maintainable.
• Ensure that the programs/ interfaces are Unit Tested including created sufficient test data (such as employee master records) to complete scenario testing.
• Support clients through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases.
• Upgrade programs to be compatible with new releases of R/3 (such as Enterprise/ mySAP ERP)

REQUIREMENTS

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience with ABAP development of min 2 years
• Experience with developing, configuring and using API's
• Two or more years of experience with PCC, Fiori configuration and Webservice
• Working knowledge of XML
• Bachelor or Master's degree with a Technical emphasis, or equivalent

• Highly motivated and eager to work with new technologies
• Must be self-starter and proactive
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure
