As a Health Services Medical Assistant supporting Occupational Health Clinics, you will be trusted to aid in direct patient care under the direct supervision of a medical provider that is congruent with state regulations at Houston, TX.

- Administer injections, screening tests, acquire laboratory specimens, rooming patients during clinic visits, and other patient care-related tasks.
- Assist with administrative functions, including but not limited to scheduling patient appointments, maintaining updated quality logs, OSHA Forms, and patient records, and ordering and inventorying supplies.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication of employees' work status with key organizational partners to support daily operations.
- Additionally, this role performs various activities supporting functional areas such as finance, purchasing, human resources, or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Work hours: M-F, between 7am - 7pm

- Basic Life Skills Certification preferred
