Opportunity Summary

Adobe Solution Architects help customers succeed through partnership on digital strategies, product implementation and the consulting services needed to meet their business objectives.

As a Solution Architecture Regional Leader, you will partner with the Senior Director of Professional Services Sales on territory and account strategies for top opportunities. Your responsibility is to drive pipeline, sales growth and customer success. Additionally, you will direct a team that works closely with first-line managers and service sellers.

Your team, known as Customer Experience Architects, work in pre-sales to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of consulting services, and present proposals to customers. Your role as the leader is to maintain keen awareness of Adobe's product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline to find opportunities where Adobe Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers (such as increased revenue, improved customer experience, and reduced marketing spend).

What you'll do

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of solution architects, encouraging a collaborative and innovative working environment.
  • Set strategic objectives and key performance indicators for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and contribute to the development of customized solutions.
  • Engage directly with clients to present and discuss solutions, addressing technical and business requirements.

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud products and associated technologies to provide expert guidance to both the team and clients.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape, complimentary technologies, and their common intersection points with the Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in digital marketing and technology.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Provide thought leadership to your team to help them build high quality, compelling proposal and sales pitches that alight to industry trends, technical innovation and customer value realization.
  • Coordinate the creation of comprehensive solution designs that align with client objectives and industry insights.

Sales Leadership:

  • Proactively inspect pipeline for your region and ensure all deals are accurately, scoped and setup up for customer success.
  • Contribute towards pipeline and territory planning with services sales leadership.
  • Instill in your team sales competence, including data hygiene and opportunity progression.
  • Build positive relationships with ecosystem partners, including license sellers, Customer Success Managers and product engineering teams.
  • Evangelize the benefits of using Adobe Professional Services

What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record of leadership and mentoring senior teams.
  • Experience working in a world-class consulting or technology organization.
  • Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies.
  • Passion for solving customer problems and rapidly converting pipeline opportunities into closed deals.
  • Balance of business and technology skill.
  • Knowledge of sales processes.
  • Understanding of project delivery methodologies best practices that lead to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Identify business problems and tie your proposed solutions to measurable success criteria.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to build clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills with experience making pitches to senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs).
  • Exceptional communications skills both oral and written (e.g., PowerPoint presentations)
  • Broad knowledge of common Digital Platform use cases (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, Digital Asset Management, etc.).

Experience & knowledge in the following areas:

  • Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
  • Web Analytics or Digital Marketing
  • Digital Experience Strategy

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $199,500 -- $324,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
