We have an excellent opportunity for a (Senior) Manager Solution Consulting Strategic Accounts for our Digital Experience Business in Germany.

What we are looking for in this role?

  • Leadership: The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of solution consultants effectively towards achieving strategic goals and objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Digital Experience solutions and industry trends to provide guidance, support, and expertise to both the team and Adobe's customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex business and operational challenges and developing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative mindset to foster teamwork, encourage knowledge sharing, and work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, implementation teams and post sales.
  • Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding customer requirements and building strong relationships at C-Level.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of pre-sales solution consultants.
  • Be responsible for establishing strategy, objectives and priorities for your team.
  • Motivate your team to act on new challenges and take informed risks that align with team goals.
  • Inspire others to develop creative solutions that enhance our customers 'experiences.
  • Work with c-level partners from our largest strategic customers to emphasize the value of Adobes digital experience products
  • Be a key counterpart for success for various collaborators from the maxtrix management - e.g. sales and customer success.
  • Use clear metrics and milestones to hold yourself and team accountable for meeting expectations.

What you need to succeed

  • Proven track record of 5+ years in successfully leading high performing teams
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills, comfortable collaborating with and speaking publicly to C-suite executives. Ability to understand and communicate path to business value through technology transformation.
  • Profound knowledge of SaaS industry and digital experience management
  • Strong passion for solution consulting and innovative customer engagements
  • Self-starter comfortable initiating and leading a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Focus on results, and strategic approach with an ability to build the future through effective customer engagement.
  • Fluency in English and German.
