Sales Development Representative

Addison Group is currently recruiting for an open Sales Development Representative role with a company in the DC area. The ideal candidate will be an entry level candidate who is highly motivated, personable and self-starting. The company provides an amazing work culture, as well as all necessary training and coaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and soliciting new business to meet defined targets and grow the account base
  • Understanding the company's offerings with the ability to speak to opportunities and benefits with authority
  • Taking a results-driven, consultative approach to sales
  • 100% accountability for meeting and exceeding established sales goals
  • Developing relationships with clients and closing new business

Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years of experience, including internships, in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in written communication
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Extremely goal oriented with a drive to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Salesforce experience is a plus!
  • Tenacity, drive, and consistent work ethic, day in and day out
