Addison Group is currently recruiting for an open Sales Development Representative role with a company in the DC area. The ideal candidate will be an entry level candidate who is highly motivated, personable and self-starting. Responsibilities:
- Identifying and soliciting new business to meet defined targets and grow the account base
- Understanding the company's offerings with the ability to speak to opportunities and benefits with authority
- Taking a results-driven, consultative approach to sales
- 100% accountability for meeting and exceeding established sales goals
- Developing relationships with clients and closing new business
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience, including internships, in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in written communication
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Extremely goal oriented with a drive to succeed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Salesforce experience is a plus!
