HR Assistant | Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Temporary; Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
$15-18 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Act as face of office, handling receptionist needs such as answering and forwarding calls, directing guests, etc.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Communicate with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
Required Experience:
- Experience working in HRIS preferred
- Working experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and PowerPoint
- 1-3 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of current labor laws preferred
