Our Bellevue-based client seeks an AP Specialist. The ideal candidate will have prior accounts payable experience processing invoices, demonstrated high volume experience, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Essential Duties:
- AP invoicing
- Verification of peer's invoices
- Provide AP back-up to team members
- Compile requested documentation by AP Supervisor and Managers
- Identify and resolves any AP discrepancies
- Overview AP invoice processing
- Ad hoc projects/duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Professional, detail oriented, and reliable
