Our client, a company with international presence that is growing quickly, is seeking an AP specialist to join their accounting team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' solid, full cycle, high volume AP experience, and will be available immediately.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Full cycle AP work (code, process, obtain approvals, reconcile)
- Resolve all invoice discrepancies
- Assist with W-9's
- Help with 1099 prep
- Monthly analysis of vendors and disbursements
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years full cycle AP experience
- Previous experience in very high volume AP department
- Great Plains is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Available immediately
