As the Sr. Manager, Wholesale Sales you will be a key driver of success for both Achieve and our wholesale partners. Your role focuses on empowering partner agents and managers through comprehensive sales enablement support and development. As part of a high-performing Sales Enablement Team (SET), you will foster a positive, people-first culture aligned with our core values: Care, Get Better, Act with Integrity, and Collaboration. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving exceptional client enrollment, maximizing client success, and driving partner growth.
In this role, you will directly impact the success of Achieve's wholesale partners, their agents, and managers. By providing crucial training, support, and development, you will empower them to help everyday consumers achieve financial success and improve their lives. Your work will contribute to building strong, collaborative relationships and driving significant growth for both Achieve and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing wholesale partners, including agents and management personnel.
- Training and Development: Lead training and support sessions, both on-site and remotely, for wholesaler owners, management teams, and sales staff. Focus on improving client outcomes and partner success.
- Performance Optimization: Use enrollment performance data to identify and drive key improvements that lead to successful client enrollments and increased partner profitability.
- Onboarding and Support: Collaborate with Wholesale Sales Coordinators and Enrollment Support to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process, and subsequent ramp up, for all new partners.
- Hiring, Calibration, and Coaching: Assist wholesalers in hiring through calibration feedback, and by developing new agents. Coach wholesaler managers on training and sales performance management.
- Resource Development: Partner with Achieve Learning and Development to create and maintain essential training materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence teams to identify opportunities, address issues, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of leadership in inside sales, preferably within the Debt Settlement industry, with a proven track record of motivating and driving performance.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and engage high-performing teams.
- Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft/Google Productivity Suites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.

We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo, CA, and Phoenix, AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country, we offer work from home, like: TX, UT, NV, WA, FL, IL, NC.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually + bonus + benefits.
