As aSenior Marketing Technology Manager, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. Reporting to the Director of Automation, you will drive day-to-day management of critical marketing automation platforms supporting many of our most crucial initiatives. This role will also play a significant part collaborating on long-term strategies around marketing orchestration platforms and enabling the next level capabilities across all consumer life cycles. This role requires technical aptitude, thought leadership, critical thinking, organizational prowess and multi-task execution.

Working collaboratively with our Lifecycle Marketing teammates and cross-functional partners across all initiatives around our consumer journey orchestration platforms, you will be responsible for helping support the transition and scale of existing email, SMS, and push campaigns as well as enabling new campaigns and executional capabilities for more advanced personalization, segmentation, and optimization efforts.

How You'll Contribute:
  • Integrate, set up, manage, maintain, and enhance martech systems (Acoustic, Proxy/Sendgrid, Iterable, etc.) to optimize performance, processes, and executional capabilities.
  • Manage sending assets such as domains, IPs, SMS numbers, and oversee delivery performance across channels and martech systems.
  • Collaborate with Data teams on data exchanges and integrations across the tech stack, ensuring robust data capabilities within orchestration platforms and in support of analytics efforts.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on martech system capabilities, driving workflow improvements, optimizing automation, streamlining processes, and influencing vendor/internal product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate on testing, transition, and quality assurance approaches for launching campaigns within newer CJO platforms, ensuring campaign baselines are met throughout the transition periods.
  • Core stakeholder supporting the deliverability of communications across all channels, aiming for engagement and progression to the next stage in the customer journey.
  • Implement segmentation structures, dynamic creative/content asset management, and advanced personalization solutions to support sophisticated journey orchestration, surpassing business metric goals and delivering a seamless, delightful customer experience that builds brand equity, customer loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Provide regular reports and analyses on the performance and impact of automation systems on business outcomes.
  • Be an advocate and driver for process and platform improvements and efficiency opportunities
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques as well as continually evolving email, SMS and digital best practices

What You'll Bring:
  • 7+ years marketing platform experience, supporting email, SMS, push, or digital channels
  • Experience implementing and managing marketing automation platforms and technologies, account/CRM structure, data infrastructure
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and email deliverability best practices
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, one or more certifications in marketing automation technology
  • Exceptional analytical skills, reporting and tools (Excel, Tableau and SQL)
  • Strategic critical thinker and creative problem solver
  • Proven ability to manage and own multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent time-management with attention to detail from inception through execution
  • Ability to understand the big picture while focusing on the day to day execution for both yourself and your team
  • Top notch teamwork and communication skills; also works well independently without micromanagement
  • Excellent written, presentation, interpersonal, and people influencing skills, coupled with strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise automation processes and solutions
  • Strong software/technology aptitude and fast learner

Salary Range: $100,000 to $145,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
