An IT Project Manager whowill oversee the operations of a large scale devops and analytics program, while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the program.

The work:

• Lead the design of a strategic approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management
  
• Create a structured framework and center of excellence for AFS IT agile and product delivery methodologies
  
• Evaluate the risk of change and provide actionable guidelines on reducing the impact
  
• Ensure program's delivery success by creating consistency across 5+ scrum teams in application of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe/LESS, etc.) to enable predictable, quality delivery

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

• 3 years of experience in IT project management
  
• 3 years experience deploying security-related initiatives
  
• 3 years experience in Agile delivery and product management
  
• Vulnerability management experience
  
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with other project managers involving interdependent projects on large programs
  
• Ability to present project statuses to technical teams as well as assemble presentations for senior leadership
  
• Experience developing and managing schedules in excel and MS Project
  
• A solid understanding of IT systems, networking and computer software
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Network security - some technical expertise to provide security guidance to system SMEs
  
• Cloud security background - working with FedRamp packages
  
• Ability to work independently as well as within small and large groups
  
• Project management certification (e. g. PMP, CMP, PRINCE2)
  
• Security Certifications (e. g. CISA, CISM etc.)
