Third Party Risk Management is a critical topic given globalization and Interos has a unique 18-month window to exponentially grow its federal account market share. We are the first and only multi-tier, multi-factor business relationship intelligence platform that continuously monitors critical third parties. To keep up with rapid demand, we need experienced Sales leaders to take the Interos AI Platform to Federal Civilian decision makers and system integrator partners who need solutions for sourcing, resilience and governance.

Essential Functions/Duties:

  • This is an individual contributor role with the primary responsibility of hunting for new business including using POV or Land & Expand strategies but not a "Farmer" role.
  • Initiate/Manage sales strategy and account plan for penetrating and closing net new opportunities in the DOD. [CP1]
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across targeted organizations.
  • Manages sales cycles from Federal Civilian champions/sponsors to senior level Federal Civilian decision makers.
  • Pursue, collaborate and integrate with Channel Partners/System Integrators to drive net pipeline growth and close new opportunities - up to 15% of time or as required.
  • Develop, initiate and execute a detailed quarterly strategy plan for targeted accounts.
  • Provide weekly standardized and disciplined opportunity status updates and an accurate forecast to management and capture relevant information in Salesforce.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Interos Alliances team to drive net pipeline growth.
  • Develop detailed Strategy Plans in your specified targeted Federal Civilian accounts.
  • Remain highly knowledgeable as a SME in your specified Federal Civilian accounts. 100% certification of all Interos solutions and Customer Success offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in federal Supply Chain, TPRM, GRC or Cybersecurity sales.
  • A verifiable track record of success managing enterprise accounts, closing significant transactions, and consistent over-attainment of quotas >$1M ACV annual revenue.
  • Previous success in an early-stage company growing the territory and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
  • Strong organization skills, high activity, effective oral & written communicator.
  • Experience in a startup or technology environment is important, especially in the Fed/DOD market.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software productivity tools (CRM, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software) to meet goals of position.

  • Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
  • Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
  • Compensation range is base salary of $145,000-$160,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
