Test Engineering Specialist (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Engineering Specialist in Florham Park, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:

• Plan and construct automated test scripts through the use of quality processes and methodologies for Accenture or clients.
• Develop, update, and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.
• Create test models (plans, data, and scripts), including test data.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and usability testing.
• Report and Manage defects lifecycle and ensure defects are properly addressed.
• Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance.
• Work with team members and client SMEs to gather and interpret user/system requirements into testing design specifications, as directed.
• Understand strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Writing and executing functional and regression test cases;
• Designing and implementing test automation scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, Java or JavaScript test automation frameworks;
• Utilizing Defect Management tool ALM or JIRA;
• Testing Microservices and RESTful web services utilizing SoapUI or Postman
• Working with offshore teams and managing deliveries in distributed environment.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically up to approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
