The MedTech practice works specifically with Medical Technology companies to develop solutions across the patient's entire healthcare journey.

Who You Are:

We would like to speak with you if you have MedTech experience across the following:
  • Supply chain optimization to support growth and cost objectives of companies
  • Understanding of supply chain strategy, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution
  • Focus on supply chains designed for speed, agility, flexibility, end to end visibility, customer centricity and eco system collaboration
  • Increasing brand value and building customer, partner, and societal trust via responsible, sustainable and transparent supply chains
  • Supply chains that reduce risk, increase security, and build resilience
  • Providing remote technical services, preventive maintenance, and customer self-service to optimize costs and increase efficiencies.
  • Helping to manage the product lifecycle of a system or product to include manufacturing and supply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead MedTech Supply Chain capability improvement client programs
  • Deliver innovation supply chain projects
  • Help build supply chain expertise and capabilities to support overall MedTech business requirements
  • Work with global cross-functional client teams to help architect and deliver end to end MedTech transformations connecting to Patients through innovative digital solutions, often over the course of multiple years involving large scale re-design
  • Leverage data driven hypotheses and recommendations to support the MedTech Transformation
  • Function as a strategic advisor to clients on end-to-end transformations addressing key business challenges
  • Collaborate effectively with other Accenture teams to bring the best of Accenture to clients

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree (in Supply Chain management, Engineering, Science, Business or related degree preferred)
  • 5+ years Supply management practices improvement experience in areas of planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution
  • 3+ years Medical Device or Medtech experience , either in industry or through business consulting
Additional Skills & Qualifications (Preferred):
  • MBA
  • Business and product strategy expertise in Medtech
  • Management consultancy experience
  • Experience working with Life Sciences Medical Technology executives applying excellent client-facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Digital practices and technologies
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 157,000 -$166,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
