YOUR ROLE:

Responsible for executing analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights with a focus on Recruitment / Candidate Marketing. This includes measuring and optimizing for marketing channel effectiveness and business impact, analyzing and synthesizing insights for key stakeholders as well as working cross-functionally to implement findings, educating teams on measurement strategy and reporting tools and identifying ways to enhance said tools on behalf of your Recruitment and Talent Brand Marketing colleagues.

Job Specifications / Responsibilities
  • Lead analytics initiatives for Candidate/Talent Brand Marketing teams
  • Aggregate and analyze multi-channel Talent engagement data to develop actionable insights in order to drive marketing channel and message optimization
  • Inform and educate teams on the global Marketing + Communications measurement strategy, KPIs and reporting tools. Identify ways to enhance reporting and insights tools to meet their needs (where relevant)
  • Connect digital cross-channel analytics with CRM/application related data to deliver closed-loop reporting around the end-to-end candidate journey
  • Gather and develop business requirements related to integration of Recruiting systems with marketing/analytics platforms
  • Perform UAT on analytics initiatives
  • Leverage audience segmentation, quantitative analysis and data mining to understand talent journey and develop relevant, personalized experiences
  • Partner closely with relevant HR/Recruiting, CIO, Campaign Operations and Data Privacy teams (where relevant) as part of a collaborative measurement process to understand data collection points and usage across different systems leveraged by these groups

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years marketing analytics experience; focus on candidate marketing, or HR/Recruiting analytics a plus
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing distribution and analytics platforms including web, CRM, social media and job boards. Specific experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as analytics and target a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of HR / recruitment measurement strategies and Key Performance Indicators
  • Experience with driving high impact quantitative analysis leveraging Excel, data visualization or other tools. Ability to query/mine large data sets, basic knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Experience in collaborating with BI and Data Management teams on processes and architectures that support analytics needs
  • Proven ability to consult and partner with marketing stakeholders to uncover business questions and aligning analytic initiatives that delver insights to inform data-driven decisions
  • Experience in leading a (small) team, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to cultivate a culture of recognition as a people lead.

  • Strong analytical mindset and skills, including the ability to break down complex data scenarios into digestible components with the initiative to dig into the "why" of various results.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within and across a variety of teams and functions

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $88,600 - $139,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
