You Are:
A Strategy Consulting guru with tons of experience in the Healthcare Payer/Provider Strategy industry and top-flight leadership and management skills. Your expertise Advising clients in the Healthcare Payer/Provider Strategy industries on data-driven strategies to transform their business operations or business model so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a senior manager, you're a natural at building and bringing out the best in teams. And you're a problem's worst nightmare, thanks to your prodigious analytical and creative chops. Communication and people skills You have both in spades, along with a strong desire to work in an information systems environment.
The Work:
- Serve as trusted advisors to C-Suite and senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of human-centered design, business strategy, and technology
- Inspire and manage teams to deliver cutting edge strategy solutions (e.g., health equity, affordability of care, patient experience, convergence, etc.) that meet the needs of clients in the Healthcare Payer/Provider markets
- Drive business transformations that position clients for long-term success, scalability, competitive advantage and digital adoption
- Foster environment of innovation and collaboration amongst client and Accenture teams
- Partner with senior leaders and diverse teams to further develop skillsets and be seen as an industry expert leveraging all Accenture has to offer to continuously learn and improve consulting tooklit
- Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes
- Fortify Accenture's Strategy practice and role as a thought leader by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external
- Focus areas include growth strategy, cost transformation and performance improvement, innovative business and operating models, mergers and acquisitions, digital health, payer/provider collaboration, value-based care, business of experience (BX), and product strategy
- For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Healthcare Payer or Provider industry in one or more of the following areas of corporate development, transformation or internal strategy:- Health Innovation / Disruption
- Health Strategy and Growth
- Health Transformation

Bonus Points if:
- MBA from at top 25 program or equivalent graduate degree from a top 5 program preferred
- Publications or other thought capital
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx preferred
- Experience in Blockchain, AI, Cloud, Machine Learning preferred

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $217,500-$235,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
