You Are:
A Strategy expert with extensive experience in the Healthcare Payer/Provider Strategy industry and top-flight leadership and management skills. You excel in advising clients on data-driven strategies to transform their businesses so they can achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a subject matter advisor, you are regarded as a thought leader with immense breadth and depth of understanding of your space (including, but not limited to, trends, competitive landscape, emerging technologies). You bring a practicality to your advisory relationship with your teams and clients, with the right balance of functional knowledge and experiential insights you share in the most meaningful and actionable ways. You command excellent communication and people skills along with a strong desire to impact the healthcare industry.

The Work:
- Be the subject matter advisor and thought leader in your area of expertise (digital transformation, clinical programs, government programs and policies, payer-provider models, analytics, digital, convergence, etc.)
- Support multiple teams in parallel to enable their sales and delivery of world-class business strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients in the Healthcare Payer/Provider industry
- Serve as a true practitioner of your area by applying broad and deep experiences to an advisory role
- Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations
- Lead the development of Accenture branded assets including tools, technologies, and accelerators to improve the pace and output of delivery teams and differentiate Accenture in the market
- Strengthen the Accenture Strategy brand in your area of expertise by publishing and conducting primary and secondary research to produce industry publications and presentations at conferences and with clients
- Provide overall guidance on quantitative and qualitative analysis and research to generate hypotheses, recommendations and insights, and drive outcomes
- Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner
- Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and build the team's skills in your area of expertise
- Ability to travel 75-100%
- For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
- Master's or other advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH, MPP, MD, JD, PhD)
One of the following is required:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Insurance, Medicaid, and/or Medicare (i.e., at a health plan, healthcare consulting firm, or large strategy consulting firm), with increasing responsibility and leadership
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Healthcare Provider market (i.e., at a health system, healthcare consulting firm, or large strategy consulting firm), with increasing responsibility and leadership
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector (Pharmacy & Life Sciences, Digital Health, Healthcare IT, etc.) with increasing responsibility and leadership
Bonus Points if:
- Strong record of producing publications or other thought capital and speaking at conferences (e.g., HLTH, AHIP)
- MBA from a top 25 program or equivalent graduate degree from a top 5 program
- Track record of educating
- Ability to provide leadership and influence across multiple stakeholders from different levels and backgrounds by tailoring approach

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $215,000 - $324,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
