You Are:
The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for leading delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model.

Responsibilities:
- Delivery Leadership oversight for a project or program of work that could be large complex Systems Integration, Application Outsourcing or Infrastructure Outsourcing
- Implementation experience with PaaS solutions either custom or industry specific preferred
- Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
- Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction
- Financial management for a project or program of work including resource planning and profit and loss.
- It is expected the Technology Delivery Lead will be an experienced delivery lead and can interact with senior IT stakeholders to deliver on Complex Programs.

Qualifications
What You Need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management specifically System Integration
- Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program including a Platform (Custom PaaS Salesforce/Workday/Pega/Oracle or Industry Guidewire/Duckcreek/Fineos/LoanIq etc.)
- A minimum of 6 years of Agile experience, preferably SaFe certified
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing offshore resources.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
- Proficiency in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Financial Services industry - banking, capital markets, or insurance
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to work in a challenging client environment.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills to face of senior Business and IT stakeholders

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
