Job Description:
The Digital Strategy group applies deep strategy development, architecting value and operating model architecture skills to influence client agendas through insight. They partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues at the intersection of business, technology and operations. Digital Strategy provides deep understanding of our clients' industry landscape and business options in the context of global, economic, technology and social trends.
Our Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for managing strategy development, functional insight & operating model skills to influence client digital agenda. Partner with clients to make bold decisions intersecting business, digital technology & operations. Understand client industry landscape in the context of economic & social trends. Adapt & implement digital transformation solutions and drive value led work. Map client's state of digital maturity, leveraging and embedding data & data science in digital strategy development and implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
Analysis and Strategic Insights
- Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation within the specific digital capability area
- Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value creation opportunities for clients and Accenture across all Digital capability areas

- Drive a rigorous and structured approach to identifying and solving business problems that leads to strategic insights

- Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area
- Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative and action-oriented information, insight, knowledge, guidance and recommendations on a specific market-relevant digital topic
- Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions
- Identify/prioritize account-level value creation opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high- level visions, performance gaps, and needs

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience client facing in a strategy consulting firm, digital innovation agency or high growth technology firm.
- 5+ years of experience in thought leadership for multi-channel approaches and design areas including physical and connected.
- 3+ years' experience in growth strategy focused on one or more of the following areas: market penetration, market and product expansion, or diversity strategy.
- 3+ years' experience leading multiple cross-discipline teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
- Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner
- Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with both teams and leaders
- Experience architecting, implementing and managing organizational change a plus
- Experience designing, developing and implementing marketing and digital processes and ways of working that bring agility to teams, as well as rolling out new organizational capabilities
- Ability to establish and grow long term trusted relationships over time.
- Provide track record as advisor or partner by providing Thought Leadership and profound knowledge of market trends
- Strong understanding of specific industry, client or technology and function as expert to advise senior leadership
