People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Finance professionals prepare and interpret financial plans and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable financial rules and regulations, including internal financial controls, to mitigate risk for the company. Finance professionals may also shape and execute client deals to maximize the use of Accenture's capital and resources, manage cash and/or liaise with the investor community.

CDTS (Corporate Development & Transaction Services) is seeking a highly qualified professional to join the North America Post Merger Integration (PMI) team as a Specialist.

The PMI team is part of CDTS - Venture & Acquisition (V&A). The V&A Team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic growth opportunities that advance the Firm's strategic objectives. CDTS V&A works with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all North America Market Units, industries, geographies, and capability networks.

The PMI team is responsible for the initial integration of Accenture's acquired firms (i.e. people, systems, assets) and managing divestiture programs. The PMI team partners with the Accenture Sponsoring Organization directly accountable for the acquisition to integrate the acquired company into the Accenture ecosystem establishing the foundation for a successful integration.

The PMI team drives mobilization of all front and back office teams, establishes the governance framework, works with the V&A execution team and Sponsoring Organization leadership to design the integration model, drives all planning and execution, and at the end of systems integration and stabilization, facilitates handover to operations.

The PMI position requires flexible work hours as it is supporting North America Deals with potential Growth Markets or Europe deal involvement. The PMI Specialist position requires moderate levels of travel.

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities of the Specialist PMI Program Management Support position include the following:
  • Program Management of PMI Program including:
  • Meeting Coordination and development of Meeting Agenda
  • Workplan Mgmt across all workstreams (Go to Market, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Workplace, ...)
  • Milestone tracking
  • Meeting Minutes and follow up on actions
  • Coordinate hand over from pre-acquisition Due Diligence team to PMI Workstream integration leads
  • Capture, monitor, understand and report on risks, ensure that actions are taken timely
  • Proactively raise issues to PMI Lead and seek resolution
  • Document PMI progress, prepare Status Reports for PMI Status Meetings with Workstream leads and PMI Leadership Meetings with Sponsoring Accenture Organization and acquired Company
  • Implement proven tools, best practices across Integration Teams
  • Coordinate activities across integration teams
  • Sharepoint and MS Teams administration
  • Participate in development of PMI Intellectual Property, including lessons learnt, best practices, briefing decks, checklists and templates

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience and a general understanding of Cross Functional business activities (e.g. Business Operations, Finance, HR).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidates should have good understanding about Accenture Operations Cross Function (e.g., Business Operations, Finance, HR ...) with exposure to merger and acquisition activity or large Outsourcing Deals strongly preferred.
Professional Skills:

Pursuant to theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $ 62,100 - $104,199
