Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications
The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accenture's $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accenture's leaders, and engages and inspires the company's North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.

YOUR ROLE:

Content & Client Experience Marketing Manager, Asset Management

You will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns supporting the strategic goals for our business with asset managers globally.

You will partner with our global Capital Markets Content Lead to develop targeted, differentiated content that resonates with target audiences as basis for our marketing campaigns. This includes the development of all types of content (long-form / short-form), video, etc. to engage different target groups in the way that they prefer.

You will also work with a dedicated Campaign Manager on targeted activation plans for campaigns in specific markets / sectors and steer and/or deliver the campaign tactics working directly with client facing business and other marketing roles as required. Part of the role is also ensuring campaign results are tracked and the performance of campaigns is continuously assessed and necessary steps to maximize their reach and effectiveness are taken.

You will also run and/or contribute to our existing marketing programs working with his/her peers and our Capital Markets Global Marketing Lead to maximize the impact of those programs and develop them further.

Overall, the role will be responsible to deliver a succinct and holistic marketing approach to support Accenture's business with Asset Management clients and prospects globally.

You will be mainly focused on:
  • Ensuring high quality external content is available for our Asset Management clients, leveraging established templates and processes.
  • Ensuring content-based marketing campaigns are engaging our clients in targeted ways depending on their specific needs.
  • Evaluating, assessing and amending marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  • Contributing to / running selected content related marketing programs based on specific formats or channels (e.g., client case study program; digital / social programs).
  • Organizing tailored or sponsored events to reach targeted audience for a specific campaign
  • Helping take our marketing approach to the next level by engaging in marketing automation, result tracking and client engagement projects.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with the majority in content development and activation, preferably in an B2B environment and ideally targeting financial services companies
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Content planning, creation and activation skills across various formats (e.g. PoVs, blogs, social) for dedicated buyer levels.
  • Experience in working with various marketing channels, distribution mechanisms and results tracking / KPI development preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Industry knowledge in Financial Services preferably in the Asset Management space.
  • Writing and editing skills in the English language and the ability to oversee / steer content development working with 3rd parties (writers; agencies).
  • Program management capabilities and ability to drive selected marketing programs while working with senior leaders.
  • Ability to manage and work with internal stakeholders and function as an effective team player.
  • Digital and social marketing knowledge.
Professional Skills:
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 88,600 - $139,399
