As a key member of a delivery team, the Client Experience Operations Process Improvement Specialist effectiveness, they work with an extended team to provide process, tools, methods, operational excellence practices and training across the organization. The Client Experience Operations Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for verifying that work is consistently and effectively performed and create deliverables according to established core procedures, processes, and methodologies. This role works closely with ICS Process Improvement Leadership and Service Delivery Operations Leads to provide the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Measurements
  • Drives quality improvements across projects and processes
  • Develops and supports advanced analytics
  • Designs and oversees data collection plans
  • Independently supports DMAIC, DFSS
  • Team Management
  • Develops other members of the Process Improvement team
  • Instructs and educates delivery leads and account management personnel on methods of process improvement and quality management
  • Provides input for training curriculums

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of Six Sigma and or Lean Expert experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of project management experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma certification as evidenced by risk, process and metric definition and analysis examples
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management or Engineering
  • Basic level of Minitab, SPC or SPSS
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and examples of project participation
  • Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel pivot tables, statistical analysis with Excel functions, data mining
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Basic quantitative analysis skills
  • Project Costing and cost modeling
  • Business Case development
  • Client facing consulting experience
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $59,900- $97,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
