Job Description
Accenture is looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead Campaign Management across industry sectors. This seasoned marketer will be responsible for the planning, design, execution and performance of all integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns across 3 global industry sectors, whilst growing and developing a team of campaign managers and digital marketing professionals.
Responsibilities
• Build strong, strategic relationships with industry marketing M+C team, providing strategic counsel and leadership in designing high-impact marketing campaign strategies.
• Oversee integrated planning for and the design, execution, and performance of all marketing campaigns across 3 industry sectors, ensuring we are employing the right channel mix to drive impact for Accenture and value for our clients.
• Collaborate across various marketing functions - Brand, Media, Events, Data & Analytics, local Geographic marketing, etc. - to drive strategic alignment and campaign execution excellence.
• Coach, develop and mentor a team of highly motivated team of campaign managers and digital marketers that works across cultures and value work/life balance and a shared success mindset.
• Lead strategic initiatives that are key to the evolution of Campaign Management and the M+C function.
• Be an active member of the Campaign Management Leadership Team, collaborating with peers and partnering on initiatives.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years campaign management and/or cross-channel data-driven marketing execution whereby you have demonstrated an ability to communicate and behave in a manner that commands trust and authority from external and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to quickly build and grow strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, management and negotiating skills to maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, management, staff, and business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to align and move people and organizations through organizational change.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same.
- Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects. You successfully plan and coordinate workflow across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
