Job Summary:

The Recruitment Marketing Strategy Director role in Marketing Strategy and Planning will focus on identifying the best recruitment prospects, develop a strategy and integrated plan that will engage these prospects and ultimately lead to conversion. The role will also strive to build or evolve an employer brand for our clients - to understand what attract diverse, quality candidates to the employer brand. You'll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, audience segmentation, strategy, marketing planning, and reporting/optimization. Externally, you'll help us grow long-term relationships with our clients, become a go-to market consultant and advisor for RM and EB, and lead teams to deliver successful work. Internally, you'll inspire and mentor junior talent on the team as you help grow our practice and capabilities. You'll also collaborate and work hand-in-hand with others at Accenture as you integrate related business activity, particularly in creative agency services, marketing operations, media, and data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Immersion into client learning; past success and areas to grow
  • Identify knowledge gaps
  • Assist in designing a research methodology to fill gaps and inform Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand strategy
  • Develop audience segmentation to inform precise targeting of best prospects
  • Create and leverage strategies into marketing plans to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues by serving as a a strategic advisor to help them understand the importance of a positive employee value proposition and the need for recruitment marketing through marketing channels and experiences
  • Play an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings
  • Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Marketing Strategy practice

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 5 years) work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of communications strategy experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in agency environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights, and shepherd strategic idea
  • Subject matter expert in communications strategy/recruitment marketing with a desire to go beyond the creative campaign
  • Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
  • Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies
  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance
  • Seeking a diverse array of agency experiences across industries and strategic skill sets

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $207,399 and information on benefits offered is here.
