Supply Chain Planning individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
Supply Chain Planning professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning strategies that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness and create synergies and collaboration across companies.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where - analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
- Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
- Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Conduct the Business Requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshops

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

- Minimum of 2 years of Blue Yonder (BY) or JDA experience in modules such as S&OP or IO

Nice to have:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing large scale Master Planning solutions in the CPG/Manufacturing industry

- Hands on functional experience with JDA S&OP application and Implemented JDA S&OP solution is a must

- Experienced in integrating JDA S&OP solution with JDA SCPO and other ERP applications

- Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex Manufacturing variants such as MTO (Make To Order) and MTS (Make To Stock)

- An architect that can provide thought leadership around best practices, developed or supported business team in overall business processes, and defined functional requirements that needed to be supported by JDA S&OP application

- Ability to prepare materials and drive/ conduct required design workshops with the client personnel to explain how JDA S&OP works and document the as-is to to-be process

- Experienced in full development lifecycle in JDA S&OP - Business Process Design, Solution Blueprint, System Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Business Stabilization/ Hyper Care
