Blue Yonder (JDA) Luminate Control Tower (LCT) Manager

The Work:

Supply Chain Planning individuals who can help clients develop a state of the control tower solutions that bridge the Planning and Execution sides of the supply chain domains in order to provide real time visibility into any issues across the network. Also these Control tower solutions must provide necessary insights and analysis as to the potential recommendations to resolve the issues.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
- Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where - analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Interacts with key business and IT stakeholders on to-be state solution design matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
- Conduct the Business Requirements gathering and To-Be state design workshops
- Control Tower Implementation experience using BY's Luminate platform is a must have qualification for this role.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA)
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing large scale Supply Chain Planning solutions
- Hands on functional experience with Blue Yonder LCT application and Implementation experience of LCT solution is a must
- Experience in integrating LCT with other downstream planning/execution applications is a must
- Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex supply chain planning scenarios
- An architect that can provide thought leadership around best practices, developed or supported business team in overall business processes, and defined functional requirements that needed to be supported by LCT application
- Ability to prepare materials and drive/ conduct required design workshops with the client personnel to explain how LCT works and document the as-is to to-be process
- Experience in full development lifecycle in LCT implementations - Business Process Design, Solution Blueprint, System Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Business Stabilization/ Hyper Care

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
