From kickoff to wrap-up, you’ll work closely with clients, technicians, and teams to make sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine—on time, on budget, and on point.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Project Wrangler

  • Juggle schedules, people, and plans like a pro.
  • Organize internal and client kickoff meetings that get everyone fired up.
  • Keep the momentum going with flawless coordination.

Billing Boss

  • Own the billing process from start to finish—weekly, accurate, and on the money.
  • Make sure invoices match project requirements and client expectations.
  • Keep financial records neat, tidy, and audit-ready.

Resource Ringmaster

  • Team up with Field and Ops Managers to make sure every project has the right people in the right places.
  • Stay on top of resource availability so nothing falls through the cracks.

Documentation Dynamo

  • Keep project files, timelines, and reports in tip-top shape.
  • Share project updates that keep everyone in the loop (and impressed).

Client Communication Champ

  • Be the go-to person for all things project-related.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client questions, concerns, or high-fives.

Process Improver Extraordinaire

  • Love making things better? Great—we want your ideas!
  • Help us work smarter by spotting areas for improvement and sharing best practices.
 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A friendly, professional attitude and the people skills to match.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication chops.
  • Top-tier organizational skills—you never let a detail slip.
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel).
  • Cool under pressure and a natural problem-solver.

 What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Associate’s degree from a 2-year technical college? Even better!
  • 2-5 years of project coordination experience—we’ll help you grow from here.
 

Other Good-to-Knows:

  • Office-based role with light travel—reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
  • Occasional overtime might pop up—we appreciate your flexibility!
