In 2010, Britt Kurent combined her background in sales and marketing with her cooking skills honed at Gramercy Tavern to start Kurent Events, a catering and events company, now based in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. By using chefs from NYC’s top restaurants, Kurent Events is able to provide its clients with a wide variety of fine dining food combined with impeccable service.
