It’s so important—no matter where you live, where you work, and what you do—that you not only feel fulfilled in your job, but you truly feel like you have a reason for being.
This is meaningfulness. And meaningfulness leads to a happier and healthier life! I’m pretty sure that’s something we can all get behind.
So, don’t be afraid to craft a more fulfilling life for yourself. Yes, this may mean going through a complete career change , but it also just might mean figuring out your role’s purpose at your current position. As Nietzsche once said, “He who has a why to live can bear with almost any how.”
