Think about your morning routine when you first sit down at your desk. And, no, we’re not talking about downing your morning joe. What is the first task you complete?

For many, it’s checking and sending emails. And although that may sound (er, feel) productive, it may not be the best way to start your day.

We know. Shocking, right?
