We get it: Not everyone out there is a morning person. Some people seem to naturally get up on the right side of the bed every day, and others are still struggling after their first three cups of coffee. However, studies show that morning people are happier (and in some cases, healthier), so what’s a night owl to do?

There’s good news: By making small changes to your morning routine (that don’t necessarily have to include waking up at 4 AM and running 10 miles) both at home and in the office, you can set yourself up for a lot more success as your workday goes on.
