Everything You Need to Know to Survive a Day at Work When You're Jet Lagged
Being jet lagged at work is really hard, here's how to make it a little bit easier.

There are few things more miserable than starting your work day after flying. Especially if you’re traveling across time zones. You’re exhausted, cranky, and probably much more in the mood for a bed than a 9 AM meeting.

While we can’t ask your boss to give you the day off, we can help you overcome jet lag.

For example, you can start getting ready days in advance by adjusting your bedtime. Or, before boarding, drink green tea and avoid overeating. Most importantly, invest in a neck pillow. Making even these little changes could make a huge difference for your mood after you land.

Curious what else could help? Check out this infographic and ensure that your next flight is smooth sailing. (Warning: We have no tips for surviving the misery that is missing baggage.)
