Andra Newman is a co-founder of QuadJobs, an online and mobile marketplace that connects employers to local college students looking for flexible jobs (like babysitting, tutoring, party staff, and furniture moving). Prior to that, she headed recruitment for J.Crew, worked in HR at Abercrombie & Fitch, and had her own search firm.
