ZS's Digital and Technology group focuses on driving end to end Digital Transformation that includes Digital Strategy, Human centered Design, exploiting emerging technologies, and purposeful change management to improve customer and company results. The types of solutions include Digital Strategy and Advisory services, end to end Transformation Management, Enterprise Data, Analytics and AI, Intelligent Automation, re-imagining business processes with digital first lens and building Digital Products, Solutions and Digital Platforms leveraging Big Data Technologies, AI/ML and Advance Analytics, Digital Platform configuration and integrations. We provide a complete spectrum of technology solutions, from strategy and roadmap definition to full scale implementation and on-going operations. Our team possesses deep expertise in leading digital transformation, enterprise data management, analytic and AI, Data science and advanced analytics and building end to end digital.

TECHNOLOGY PRINCIPAL (PARTNER)

Role:

The Tech Principal will be responsible for growing the capabilities in the Business Technology group by developing and managing existing client relationships and aiding in generating new business engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS leadership, build trusted advisory relationships with client executives, and grow the technology practice by expanding client and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional relationship manager with proven experience in hunting, farming, scaling, and delivering.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement:
      • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements.
      • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging Azure data management and reporting tools to optimize business processes.
  1. Azure Data Platform Expertise:
  • Design, implement, and optimize data architectures on the Azure platform.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and performance in Azure environments.
  • Implement best practices for data storage, integration, and transformation.
  1. Reporting and Analytics:
  • Develop and implement advanced reporting and analytics solutions using Azure Power BI or other relevant tools. Create insightful and actionable reports that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and enforce data management policies.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead project teams in the successful delivery of data management and reporting projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years in IT consulting, with experience at the Principal/Partner level with Big 4 or major consulting organizations and with a focus on Azure data management and reporting.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing data solutions on the Azure platform. Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance. Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
  • Ability to engage in high-level design conversations of building a data management platform and aware of the latest tech trends (Scaled AI, Data Mesh/Fabric, IA, ChatGPT, Blockchain, etc.);
  • Expertise in IT solutions including Analytics, Master Data Management, BI/DW technologies, digital platforms, data integration, and management and interoperability.
  • Demonstrated experience of developing new prospects, driving revenue, and delivering high quality projects and services within budget. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Forward thinking and self-starter who thrives on new challenges, imagines solutions, and adapts quickly.
