ZS's Corporate Enterprise Functions operate the firm's core internal functions. Marketing and Communications group helps build the ZS brand, champion thought leadership, support business development and inform, engage, inspire and empower past, present and future ZS people.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS ASSOCIATE

We seek an energetic associate to join our team and assist in the delivery of impactful internal communications that inspire our people to bring their authentic selves to work while growing in their roles and making meaningful contributions across the firm. Reporting into our global internal communications manager, this candidate will play an important role in reinforcing values, vision and strategy, raising awareness of firmwide priorities and driving employees to take action.

Responsibilities:

  • At the direction of team leads, deliver on aspects of global internal communication plans across business, enterprise and people, culture and experience functions.
  • Contribute to the delivery of major employee communication touchpoints and campaigns such as firm all hands meetings, leadership and structural messaging, the launch of new offerings, change management around new tools, technologies and processes, annual ESG report, engagement surveys, ZS Cares volunteering day, cultural milestones and more.
  • Build and maintain pages and create content for the intranet and internal social tools. Educate others on using the digital workplace as a communication channel.
  • Contribute to internal channels such as firmwide weekly e-newsletter, 85 digital screens across offices and Teams channels for targeted audiences.
  • Guide teams on self-service best practices for communicating with the right audiences using the right channels. Create and maintain toolkits and reference materials to empower employees as communicators.
  • Storytelling around client impact and ZSer career journeys.
  • Liaise with communication counterparts in India to ensure consistency with global messaging and programming.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or related field required
  • 2+ years of work experience in communications or a related field
  • Excellent writing and editing abilities; mastery of AP Style
  • Enthusiastic self-starter eager to learn from and contribute to a dynamic team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept at building partnerships across a global organization
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines
  • Keen storytelling capabilities; passion for creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
  • Experience developing employee email platforms such as Poppulo, Constant Contact, or other
  • Experience with intranet platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Jive, Jostle, Interact or other
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva a plus
  • Experience with brand, public relations or social media a plus
